FAQ

Unframed Original Art will ship from the studio within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. All works are protected and shipped flat.

Framed Original Art. If special framing is requested the average lead time is 3-4 weeks. Please email me for shipping details based on location.

Unframed prints take an average of up to two weeks from order to delivery in the US. International orders times may vary. These will be packaged in a tube.

All orders are shipped either USPS or UPS & insured with tracking information.

I hope you are happy with your purchase! Because I am a small one person owned operation, I am unable to offer returns/refunds at this time unless damaged.

If your package has arrived damaged, please contact me within 48 hours after receiving so that I can contact the carrier to place a claim. Product damage reported after this time period cannot unfortunately be refunded.
